V-TECH is the uncrewed systems crew ofFalx Systems, Inc.It began with four friends from Baykar who worked side by side to the very end, and has grown to 10. Every member owns a real part of the aircraft, across four stations: Mechanical, Avionics, Software, Operations.

TEAM LEAD · MECHATRONICS
Leads the team and owns the mechatronics: the airframe, the avionics integration, and the ground control station.

ELECTRONICS LEAD · AVIONICS
Owns the avionics stack: flight controller integration, navigation and Remote ID, telemetry links, and the wiring that ties the aircraft together.

ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONICS ENGINEER
Works the electrical side of the aircraft: power distribution, battery and harness design, and bench testing of the electronics before they fly.

SOFTWARE SYSTEM ARCHITECT
Designs the software architecture end to end, from the onboard flight software to the interfaces the ground station speaks to.

SOFTWARE · AI SYSTEMS
Builds the onboard AI: detection models, training pipelines, and the inference that runs in real time while the aircraft flies.

SOFTWARE · AI SYSTEMS
Works the autonomy and AI stack: mapping, target handling, and turning what the aircraft sees into decisions it can act on.

CARBON FIBER MANUFACTURING
Manufactures the airframe: carbon-fiber plates, arms, and structural parts, and the tool-less assembly that packs the aircraft into one case.

SOCIAL MEDIA & PR
Tells the team’s story: documentation of the build, outreach, and the public face of the campaign.

SAFETY PILOT · PR
Flies as safety pilot, hands ready to take over at any moment, and works media and outreach alongside it.

The flight log
V-TECH started with four friends who came together from Baykar and kept working side by side to the very end. That first crew set the standard the team still builds to.
The work grew out of a multirotor hangar project: building, breaking, and rebuilding aircraft until the engineering held. Vuav Tech grew out of that bench.
Falx Systems, Inc., a Delaware corporation, forms V-TECH as its uncrewed systems team, and the crew expands to ten, with one goal: compete at RoboNation SUAS 2026 with an aircraft that flies its whole mission autonomously.
Rather than settling for stock software, the team built a mission-control web GCS from scratch: flight instruments, mission planning, a survey-grid calculator, and the judge display, verified against simulation with an automated test suite.
The carbon-fiber X-quad is coming together: tool-less arms, dual payload bays, and a full avionics stack on the bench.
Mission day: autonomous laps, onboard mapping, target detection, and two precision payload deliveries, all inside the mission clock.
